1. Who operates Bobby Link

2. What the service is

Bobby Link is intended to provide short links and redirects, QR codes, branded Coming Soon domains and one constrained hosted information page per eligible domain, operated across separate workspaces. None of this functionality is available today; the service is in development and this document describes the intended agreement.

3. Accounts and workspaces

Accounts do not exist yet. When they do, you will be responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity in workspaces you control, including links created by members you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Bobby Link only for destinations you are entitled to publish, and only in a way that a visitor clicking your link would recognise as honest. You are responsible for the destination of every link and QR code you create, including after you change that destination.

5. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited without exception:

• Phishing, credential harvesting or any attempt to impersonate another person, brand or service.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, exploit kits or deceptive downloads.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) in any channel, including SMS and messaging apps.
• Cloaking: showing a different destination to Bobby Link, to scanners, or to a subset of visitors.
• Linking to content that is unlawful in the visitor's or the operator's jurisdiction.
• Circumventing link limits, quotas, moderation or account suspension.
• Automated abuse of the service, including scraping, resource exhaustion or resale of raw redirect capacity.

6. Link governance, moderation and abuse

Bobby Link intends to operate governed redirects: links may be scanned, reviewed, disabled, rate-limited or removed where they breach these rules. Abuse reports will be accepted at [Undecided — abuse reporting address]. Bobby Link does not commit to a response time — the target is [Undecided — abuse response target] — and makes no promise that prohibited content will be detected, blocked or removed within any period. No service level, uptime or availability commitment is offered.

7. Suspension and termination

Bobby Link may suspend or terminate a link, a domain, a workspace or an account that breaches these terms, and may do so without notice where the breach is a live risk to visitors. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. The specific limitation of liability and its cap depend on the operating entity and governing law and are therefore [Undecided — governing law and venue].
